Happy 2011, y'all!
City Seed Farms rang in the new year by assembling an inexpensive, portable greenhouse for their headquarters in High Park.
We used the design from this website. Instead of ordering the special 3-way connectors on-line, though, we got creative with holder caps (as pictured above). It is made entire from plumbing tubes and connectors, and cost less than $250.
Speaking of Plumbing, City Seed Farms was mentioned in the Plumbline Locavore Newsletter. We're not sure how Elbert van Donksgoed found out about City Seed, but we are thrilled by the shout-out!
